Open letter from Australian Christian Endeavour Secretary to Australian Christian Endeavour Members Dear Endeaverourers, In regards to the following: AUSTRALIAN CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR COUNCIL
Australian Christian Endeavour has previously advertised that the next Australian CE Council would be held in January 2012. For a variety of reasons, the Executive needs to move the dates. On the previously announced dates, both your National President and Secretary would be unable to attend. Different arrangements were considered as the factors unfolded and we have now reached a decision. Please adjust your calendars for 2012. We are hopeful that you might be available to participate on the new dates in April. Members participate in Council by being a National CE Officer, or appointed as a state representative by their State CE Union, or they may be received as an
observer.
AUSTRALIAN CHRISTIAN ENDEAVOUR AGM
According to the Incorporations rules, we must hold an AGM by the end of February. Attendance to form a quorum can include voting by proxies. The executive already meets by phone conference or Skype (internet phone using computers) so members could join us electronically. A quorum requires 12 people representing at least 3 state unions. The notice of AGM is published in this issue of ACE and will also be posted on the CE website at www.ce.org.au I will advise State Unions, national officers and 2011 Council participants separately.
